Local Family Owned and Operated. Huge selection of crafted fireplaces for both interior and exterior use. Beautiful cultured stone and firebrick settings for fireplace surround. The showroom is much larger that it appears from outside and you will be shocked to see the variety of items available for special order in addition to the showroom offerings. They deliver and install all the products they sell as well, so that is convenient. There are relaxing areas where you can comfortably sit down to enjoy the feel of your new fireplace or stove. So important to be able to try relaxing and enjoy the view before purchasing. Furthermore, there are workspaces available for guests to sit and plan out their purchases in a no-rush ethic. This is a very beautiful showroom for both stoves and fireplaces.

Allen fixed our fireplace and avoided what had been previously recommended elsewhere as needed. He was careful to verify what actually needed repair, was cordial and a pleasant conversationalist. He had the heart of a teacher which is always refreshing and reassuring that the work is quality. Thank-you Allen.

My husband, Jim, and I have worked with this business for many years.....and our opinion of them and their service has consistently been great! We recently had some difficulties with our wood stove and our gas fireplace. Mike Sample, Lead Service Professional, helped us with both. His service was exceptional.....he went out of his way to not only repair the glass doors on our wood stove, he volunteered to bring those directly to our home and helped install them. While here, he also checked our gas fireplace and determined that we had a gas leak, which we were not aware of. He shut off the gas, went out of his way to check on the current system that we have, and helped us with options for next steps. The people at this business are all very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Their product quality is consistently outstanding. This business takes pride in helping their customers; we highly recommend them!

A BIG Thank You to Darren & Jay who installed our wood stove & built the exquisite stonework surround! They were a pleasure to work with! Anytime I had a suggestion, they would listen to my concerns & change things as necessary. I am very particular & they were very patient! They are also the fastest & hardest working contractors I've ever had working on my house, but also meticulous. At the end of the day they always left my home clean & tidy.
This has been over 6 months of research, & visiting many companies who install stoves. The reason we chose Energy Products, is bc/ we could get it all done through them. They do not contracting out. Trust me it's worth it. I ordered a stove from another company & had to return it bc/ I couldn't find anyone to install it, none less build the hearth & do the stonework.

We had EP&D come to our new home to tune up a Heat and Glo fireplace which they installed in 1995. Alex was very friendly and took his time to make sure the glass was cleaned up as best as possible. He taught us how to use the fireplace and showed exceptional customer service.

I was having an issue with my gas log set and had a quote from another company. I stopped into Energy Products and Design and was chatting with Noah, one of the salesmen. Brent, the owner, stopped by and started to discuss my options with me. Surprisingly, he offered to come out that day. He stopped by a couple hours later, thoroughly explained his recommendations, his rationale and what my options were.

Rather than just trying to sell me something, he gave me his expert opinion. He is the definition of a good local business professional. I will definitely give him my business anytime I have anything fireplace or barbecue related.

I couldn't be happier with my Jotul Gas Stove/Fireplace and with the assistance from various people at Energy Products and Design. On the top of my list would be Willie, the sales manager, and Marcie in the service center. Both were not only quick with responses but so pleasant and helpful every time. I will add that I saw 2 of their people who travel to the homes for things, and both were just great, too. I don't want to leave others out, so let me say, in general working with this company and these people has been a good experience. Before and after photos attached.

Needed some parts quick for a fireplace. Made a couple phone calls and found that energy products and design had the answers I needed. Stopped in this morning. Received a greeting immediately. It was a wonderful experience having Bob, of Energy Products come to service both of our fireplaces...he fully dissembled them and cleaned every part/replaced sev bad ones..protected my carpet with big drop cloths...and he has a great personality so we truly enjoyed him. And we won't wait so long next time to get them serviced!

Ordered Tune & Clean service as 16-year-old gas fireplace wouldn't start. Randall Tullis came and made fireplace to function and look like a new one. In addition, he was so friendly but professional, skilled and efficient. Kudos to Energy Products and their staff.

Very careful and neat installers - always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Helpful suggestion regarding closing up the existing chimney -- installed an electric fireplace and looks great.

I had a reoccurring issue with a gas fire pit that was due to a manufacturing design flaw. Mike did some digging and contacted the company and was able to get the new parts sent out at no cost to us and him and Randall did the install and got us up and running in no time. Energy Products and Design was extremely easy to work with, kept us informed on the status of the ordered parts and promptly took care of everything once they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a firepit, fireplace, or to set up a great outdoor kitchen. Thanks again!

Working with Energy Products and Design far exceeded all our expectations! We appreciated how much care and consideration went into our purchase and installation of a custom white, polished, wavy tile Montigo peninsula fireplace. I will attach a picture at a later date.

We worked with Willie and had a great experience. He really took time to explain the different fireplaces and help us pick the right one for our room. He was patient as we were really busy. I dropped of a 2nd hand electric fireplace my wife got, as she was told the heater didn't work in it. Mike S and his team treated me with exceptional service...as good as if I had just purchased the unit at Energy Products. They looked over everything, cleaned the unit, ran us an owners manual in case we didn't have one, than showed us how to use the unit for best results. Bob came to our home and totally rejuvenated our outdated gas insert. He made it safe, and convenient for us to enjoy the new centerpiece of our basement! He did an amazing job, was professional, and very timely. When I walked into the store to look for new gas inserts, I had no idea that this option was available for us and at a fraction of the cost!! The service tech, Bob S, was very respectful of our home and ensured no dust or debris got on our floors. He came on time and even brought up our trash cans up from our driveway, as a kind gesture. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did the work in an appropriate time frame and gave us tips on how to keep the fireplace as clean as he did.

07/2018: Brent and his team at Energy Products and Design are the absolute BEST! Their customer service, product knowledge and professionalism are unmatched. I just got my new Fire Magic grill delivered and set up today. This grill has no equal. I am beyond pleased! I also got my fireplace from Energy Products this past winter and the compliments have not stopped. Thank you Energy Products and Design!!

Update: 08/04/21 I switched from a NG line from the house to an LP line at my new house but ran into some issues with the Fire Magic burners. Mike Sample in service took expert care of me and handled getting me some new burners under warranty. Thanks Mike!

We needed our Town and Country fireplace serviced again because we had no flame. Allan, their chief technician, came out and did a fantastic job. Our flame has never been so strong. We are so happy. He was very personable- a real magician. Thanks

5 stars for Mike. He came out to adjust our Town and Country fireplace of 13 years where the flame had deteriorated over time. He educated us on the problem as he fixed it and made several phone calls to the factory to check on ideas for us. He was super helpful and not in a rush. It was nice to talk with someone who cares.
